Fully loaded cruise control folding mirrors dual climate etc

Body work is not the best
Has dents along both rear quarters
Sometimes has no throttle response
When it’ starts and drives it’s perfect all day
Local garage has said it’s possible throttle body but don’t have any more money to investigate the problem and have a new run around so car is just sitting at the garage
