Item comes with a 30 day warranty. All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty.
Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact us immediately. In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% admin fee will then be charged.
