It is normal for any of the used parts to have scratches, scuffs and scrapes; we always try to capture any defects in the pictures.
All parts are tested before removal and carry a 30 day warranty (with the exception of electrical goods); new parts carry 12 months warranty.
Please be aware every item is security marked before being packaged to avoid unnecessary complications. Please do not tamper with the security marks as this will void any warranty.
Please ensure you view all pictures carefully as these form part of the description.

Payment Policy
Payment must be completed within 7 days of auction end.Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and begin the unpaid item process. If the item has not arrived within 14 working days after payment, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item

Additionally, we cannot guarantee availability after 7 days.Accurate shipping address and phone number MUST be included with order.Please include this information in PayPal when placing your order. All items are sent via Parcel force or Royal mail etc.
If your item does not arrive after 14 working days or the item arrived damaged or faulty please contact us via eBay message.If you the customer does not wish to accept the order on the terms of the shipping time being too long, the full payment will be refunded upon return of the item.
Returns Policy
If an item is returned to us there will be a 15% re-stocking fee payable upon return plus the customer is liable for any return costs,all items must be returned within 14 days in original condition. The buyer’s responsibility is to check the item and contents on the day of delivery. Any irregularities or faults must be reported to us immediately by eBay message. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.The package content must be checked before the courier leaves. If any damage is noticed to the product it must be reported to the courier.If the courier does not make a report, please take note of a name and vehicle reg, this will assist with the return, if however a report is made please send a scan to us via eBay message.All items must be returned in its original packaging.
