Item comes with a 30 Day warranty. All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty. Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact me immediately. In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour. In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
SHIPPING
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. All items are packed to the highest standard possible, please check items before signing for them. We try to dispatch items the same day if ordered before 1pm if not it will be posted next working day. Most parts are dispatched the next working day. We use UK Mail, TNT. Delivery times vary from 24 hours to 5 working days depending on area. Please contact us if you require more info.
RETURNS
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
