Returns Policy: We will accept goods for a refund if notified in writing via Email within seven days of receipt of delivery, provided the goods are in a sealable condition and complete original packaging, any part must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited. Goods are to be returned at the consumers cost and are to be sent via a postal/carrier service which obtains a signature upon delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Autobits On-line Spares. We cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel.
All products must be returned in original packaging and unopened if Sealed. If the item is a brand new sealed item and has been opened, we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase.
Please remember that we are a car breakers yard, we do not supply brand new shiny parts in boxes (unless stated) and our parts are taken from a car by oily mechanics not men in white overalls. Parts may be dirty or blemished in some way; however, they are tested before removal and in a serviceable condition.
